Coder is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth by generating qualified pipeline for our Enterprise Account Managers. You’ll help bring Coder’s Environment-as-a-Service platform to some of the world’s largest companies that are adopting AI-driven development at scale. This role is all about creating opportunities: finding and engaging the right prospects, uncovering the pain points Coder can help with, and setting up qualification calls that set our EAMs up for success. You’ll play a critical role in driving Coder’s outbound motion and helping large organizations build software faster, more securely, and at scale through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers. This is a hybrid position and requires in-office presence three days a week at our office in South Austin (78704).
