What You'll Do: The Senior Sales Contract and Operations Analyst is a strategic leader and cross-functional partner to Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This role provides high-level oversight of contract governance, operational effectiveness, and data integrity throughout the sales lifecycle. In addition to ensuring accuracy and compliance of client contracts, this analyst is accountable for identifying process gaps, designing scalable solutions, and establishing standardized operating procedures that drive efficiency, predictability, and revenue optimization. This senior-level position blends advanced analytical expertise, operational strategy, and project leadership to improve systems, streamline workflows, and enhance the performance of the sales organization. The role also develops quality presentations, synthesizes complex insights, and delivers training programs that strengthen sales team capability and adoption of new processes.
