Available Location: Alpharetta, GA Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook. What You'll Do: The Senior Sales Contract and Operations Analyst is a strategic leader and cross-functional partner to Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This role provides high-level oversight of contract governance, operational effectiveness, and data integrity throughout the sales lifecycle. In addition to ensuring accuracy and compliance of client contracts, this analyst is accountable for identifying process gaps, designing scalable solutions, and establishing standardized operating procedures that drive efficiency, predictability, and revenue optimization. This senior-level position blends advanced analytical expertise, operational strategy, and project leadership to improve systems, streamline workflows, and enhance the performance of the sales organization. The role also develops quality presentations, synthesizes complex insights, and delivers training programs that strengthen sales team capability and adoption of new processes.

Requirements

  • Passionate about optimizing efficiency, analyzing data to drive decisions, streamlining processes to remove friction for the sales teamand enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience, including strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), data analysis, reporting, process optimization, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in identifying operational gaps and leading solution design in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management leadership with the ability to manage large-scale initiatives end-to-end.
  • Advanced understanding of contract structures, pricing models, and revenue considerations.
  • High-level analytical ability with strong attention-to-detail, financial and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the development of sophisticated presentations and delivery of sales training.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Mastery of process mapping, SOP creation, and governance best practices.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of the contract review lifecycle, ensuring alignment with policies, financial objectives, and operational requirements.
  • Identify process, system, and data gaps across the sales workflow; design and deliver scalable solutions that address root causes and support organizational growth.
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and governance frameworks.
  • Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for contract interpretation, pricing structures, approval workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects with clear methodology, resource coordination, milestone tracking, and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of sales and contract data; communicate insights, trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership through clear recommendations.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and business cases to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Partner with IT and system owners to enhance CRM and system through enhancements focused on automation, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Provide structured sales training and enablement to ensure adoption of new procedures, tools, and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, data governance, and the overall sales experience.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and influence outcomes within a matrixed organization.
