Navan Inc. is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our Global Sales Compensation team. This position will report to the Director of GTM Compensation, located in Palo Alto. The Sales Compensation team serves as the primary liaison among Revenue Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Field Sales teams. The team's primary responsibilities encompass managing commission plans and the resulting earnings submitted to Payroll, administering the deployment of compensation plans to the Sales Field, and maintaining and updating the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool to ensure an appropriate compensation framework.
