About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our London Flagship Store and work alongside our Store Manager & Assistant Manager. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends and ideally be able to work across all shifts.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer service and store standards meet company expectations, as well as maintaining and growing sales in the store. On occasions, our Senior Sales Associates may need to run the store in absence of the Assistant Store or Store Manager, and are expected to carry out opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) & knowledge of the fashion market, preferably denim.
• Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Driven towards set sales targets for week and month.
• Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Responsibility for ensuring the store’s appearance, standards and HQ Visual directions are adhered to and met.
• Clienteling, building strong relationships with returning customers to drive sales.
• Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.
• Reinforcing the expectation of superior customer service as the top priority for all colleagues.
• Ensuring all requirements necessary to open and close the store are performed accurately each day.
