Our Aston, PA shop is seeking a first-shift expert who thrives on bringing complex rotating equipment back to life. A day in the life Your morning kicks off with work orders, blueprints, and schematics. You plan the teardown of horizontal and vertical pumps, rig them with the overhead crane, and methodically disassemble. With micrometers, calipers, and other M&TE, you inspect each component to exacting tolerances. You’ll diagnose wear patterns, determine corrective actions, source or recommend parts, and prepare for reassembly. By afternoon, you’re rebuilding, aligning, and validating fit and clearances—operating manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools with confidence. Documentation, collaboration, and a quick consult with engineering round out the day.
