About The Position

As Stampli’s Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in both our contract and billing management processes. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally, mainly with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams. You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Hubspot experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations & Strategy or similar capacity for a SaaS or Fintech company and/or a foundational skill set in finance, financial services, or an analytical sales finance role
  • A proven track record in driving operational efficiency, sales reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience interacting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and an extreme capacity for attention to detail
  • You are analytical, resourceful, self-starter, great communicator, passionate, flexible, accountable, dependable, and organized.

  • Experience presenting to executives is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze GTM performance data to surface insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support segmentation, account prioritization, and territory planning.
  • Manage recurring reporting for pipeline, funnel metrics, lead flow, and revenue performance.
  • Prepare operational inputs for MBRs, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
  • Own keyHubSpot operational components (configurations, quotas, team structures, compensation elements, etc.).
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for self-service analytics.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and rules of engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to drive GTM execution.
  • Operate autonomously and influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.

  • The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000-120,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
