You will own core reporting and analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring consistent metrics and scalable processes that improve go-to-market execution. The position requires a balance of analytical rigor and business partnership, supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue strategy. You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, conversion optimization, and revenue growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or analytics-focused roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Tableau, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of B2B revenue funnels, pipeline metrics, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing CRM data and translating insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth organizations
  • working knowledge of SQL or advanced analytics

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain revenue dashboards, reporting, and key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and trust across teams.
  • Build and evolve executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce for tracking pipeline, bookings, ARR, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to answer performance questions and support revenue strategy execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency, territory design, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support RevOps processes, including documentation of metrics, dashboards, reporting logic, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure standardized, scalable, and consistent revenue analytics and insights.
