About The Position

Lead the strategic execution of integrated campaigns and always-on programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth across Avalara's Emerging Small Business segment. You will partner with Sales, Sales Development, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand. You will deliver data-informed, full-funnel programs tailored to the unique dynamics, customer behaviors, and buying journeys of small business and Marketplace prospects and customers. You will be fully remote - reporting to our Senior Director, Partner Marketing #LI-Remote

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or segment marketing
  • 5+ years of experience managing full funnel strategy and delivering results through collaboration
  • Experience working with Sales, Sales Development, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, and Product Marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, including Marketo and AI platforms. Experience with Salesforce, reporting tools like PowerBI, ABM orchestration tools such as 6Sense and Sendoso, and data tools like D&B and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage your business by applying an understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and sales priorities to develop a marketing plan that drives pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • You will design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, outbound, inbound, nurture, and enablement) to accelerate both acquisition and expansion within Enterprise.
  • You will partner with Sales Development leadership to develop targeted outreach plays and sequences that improve engagement and conversion rates across the buyer journey.
  • You will collaborate across content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and relevance across all touchpoints.
  • You will support partner-aligned programs with Enterprise-specific messaging and integrated execution plans that accelerate partner-influenced pipeline.
  • You will align with Field Marketing on regional activations and sales plays tailored to territory needs and sales team priorities.
  • You will monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, bookings and conversion rates
  • You will implement personalization at scale using AI-driven content and targeting to deliver dynamic, tailored experiences across channels.
