Natural Retreats is hiring a Senior Revenue Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for driving revenue across all Natural Retreats locations, maximizing the potential yield on a per-home basis, resulting in maximum profitability for both Natural Retreats and homeowners. The key focus of the Senior Revenue Manager will be active management of assigned personnel, and collaboration with other members of the department to develop and implement long and short-term strategies that align with the company’s overall business strategy and direction. The Senior Manager develops and coaches leaders and staff, promoting engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through effective communication and oversight, the Senior Manager ensures day-to-day operations run efficiently while meeting quality, service, and performance standards. Daily management of rates and pricing operations, procedures, and best practices will include tasks such as providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; conducting regular and ad hoc rate and/or availability shops and thorough analysis; onboarding new homes and retreats in property management system; performing competitive benchmark studies; conducting regular Revenue Calls; and keeping abreast of market trends. To be considered for this remote work arrangement, applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, or Virginia. COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $105,000. Final compensation will be commensurate upon experience.
