Requirements

  • Active Florida 2-15 license (Life, Health & Annuities)
  • 3+ years of experience in annuities, life insurance, or retirement income sales
  • Background in inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to close consultatively, not transactional selling
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven, KPI-tracked environment
  • Competitive, motivated, and accountable
  • Organized, process-driven, and professional

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)
  • Background in inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative retirement income conversations focused on annuities and protection strategies
  • Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
  • Present client-aligned, compliant annuity and insurance solutions
  • Own the relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
  • Navigate underwriting, carrier requirements, and follow-up with confidence
  • Maintain strong product, carrier, and compliance knowledge
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
