To support our growth ambitions, we are continuing to build out our Global Digital team, including the scaling of our Retail Media Network (RMN). We are now looking for a Senior Retail Media Analyst to help drive the performance, effectiveness, and scalability of our Retail Media business globally. This role plays a key part in building scalable data foundations, advanced performance analytics, and automated reporting that demonstrate value and ROI for advertisers while supporting internal decision-making. THE ROLE The Senior Retail Media Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights across Circle K’s Retail Media Network. You will work with large, complex datasets across ad serving platforms, CMS, POS, and customer data, transforming them into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external clients. This role sits at the intersection of Retail Media, Advanced Analytics, and Data Engineering. You will partner closely with Digital, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to scale reporting, automate analytics workflows, and develop advanced measurement frameworks. A strong technical skill set is essential.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for large-scale data analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills (minimum requirement).
  • Experience working with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Understanding of Retail Media, digital advertising, or marketing analytics is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You think analytically, pragmatically, and creatively.
  • You’re comfortable working with evolving technologies and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • You’re curious, eager to learn, and proactive in improving how things are done.
  • You enjoy collaborating across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, retail media, digital advertising, or a related field.

  • Understanding of Retail Media, digital advertising, or marketing analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Retail Media Network performance to assess campaign effectiveness, incrementality, and ROI for advertisers.
  • Develop advanced performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarking for Retail Media products.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain analytics pipelines using Databricks and PySpark, working with large-scale datasets.
  • Scale and automate Retail Media reporting and dashboards to support internal decision-making and client-facing needs.
  • Ensure consistency in metrics, definitions, and reporting standards across markets and teams.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with data-driven insights that inform go-to-market strategies and client pitches.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to shape and enhance Retail Media offerings based on analytical findings and “size of the prize” assessments.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends within the Retail Media and AdTech landscape.
