About The Position

The Resident Consultant will assist with the completion of daily Residential and leasing operations. The essential functions of this position are listed below: Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments. Schedule and conduct tours of units with residents wishing to transfer for the following lease term and complete the necessary follow-up procedures Handle Renewals and Renewal Transfer Requests promptly and effectively Manage Subleases as delegated by the Resident Services supervisor with speed and efficiency Brainstorm, plan, and execute Resident Events, ensuring deadlines are met on time in collaboration with the RSM Routinely tour the properties to assess cleaning or maintenance needs Support the Leasing Team with seasonal events, such as assisting with parking leases, key creation, and audits Assist with the mentoring of Residential part-time staff by leading their on-the-job training, delegating projects, and answering questions.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license; driving is a requirement
  • Our Resident Consultants must be dependable and client-focused
  • This position is required to work some weekends based on part-time staffing and seasonal requirements.
