We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to join our Brands Division in New York City. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead and deliver high‑quality quantitative and mixed-method research, working closely with clients to turn insight into action. This position is ideally suited for candidates with several years’ experience in the Consumer or Financial Services sector within a Research Agency environment. This role will be based in our NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-3 days a week. About the Role: This role requires substantial experience in market research within an agency environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. As a Senior RM, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise, and analytical skills to support clients in making better decisions. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, taking day‑to-day ownership of smaller studies while supporting senior leads on larger, more complex programmes. Over time, you’ll become a trusted, “go‑to” partner for your clients.
