We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to join our Brands Division in New York City. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead and deliver high‑quality quantitative and mixed-method research, working closely with clients to turn insight into action. This position is ideally suited for candidates with several years’ experience in the Consumer or Financial Services sector within a Research Agency environment. This role will be based in our NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-3 days a week. About the Role: This role requires substantial experience in market research within an agency environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. As a Senior RM, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise, and analytical skills to support clients in making better decisions. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, taking day‑to‑day ownership of smaller studies while supporting senior leads on larger, more complex programmes. Over time, you’ll become a trusted, “go‑to” partner for your clients.
