This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a substantial workload. Core responsibilities include reviewing accounts upon receipt of impound and seizure notices, negotiating fees with impound lots and external counsel, and assessing the cost-effectiveness of securing units. In this role, you will communicate regularly via email and phone with a diverse range of stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, impound lots, dealers, seizing agencies, and insurance companies. You will be responsible for executing multiple documents and responding promptly to incoming inquiries. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and the capacity to identify and escalate potential risks as needed.
