Position Summary The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring 340B administration operational activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Operations are at the core of Wellpartner’s Contract Pharmacy Services (CPS) and are essential to administrating 340B programs for covered entities. This position is directly responsible for performing daily functions related to client/project implementation, system configuration, ongoing program management and customer service. The position will be located in the company’s Tualatin, OR office.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Experience with customer service required
  • Experience in a managed care, health care, pharmaceutical or provider setting preferred
  • Technical aptitude essential with the ability to learn proprietary systems
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action
  • Highly effective organizational skills
  • Persistence and detail-orientation required
  • Computer Skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required

  • Possesses excellent customer relations management skills: Understands WP CPS business and is able to articulate it to clients to assist them with their questions and concerns. Is able to map and manage a client conversation in a respectful and professional manner. Is able to listen to clients and identify client issues and provide appropriate information to clients. Is able to identify and escalates client issues that are not manageable as appropriate
  • Possesses excellent office software and analytic skills: Proficient at standard office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel Learns and becomes proficient at WP CPS products
  • Integrates into and WP culture and operations structure by: Displaying excellent communication skills is required in working with coworkers, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure. Completing other tasks as assigned, provides feedback as appropriate, and respectfully contributes to improving overall organizational performance. Working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Takes initiative by assisting fellow team members and responding to clients.
