The purpose of this role is to deliver high‑quality Re/insurance claim service by accurately assessing coverage, investigating exposures, evaluating and negotiating claims, and resolving assigned matters in accordance with QBE’s Claims Guidelines, policy terms, and applicable regulations. The role may support property and/or casualty claims based on business needs and portfolio composition. In addition, the role includes developing proficiency in and contributing to the claims audit process, including learning audit standards, participating in audit activities, and supporting continuous improvement across the portfolio. The position also contributes to departmental effectiveness by promoting best practices, maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
