About The Position

This position coordinates renewals for a substantial portion of our clients who renew each month.

Requirements

  • Highly proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to provide thought leadership on assigned projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid critical thinking/problem-solving skills – including creative solutioning for difficult clients
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 50-75 client renewals end-to-end each month, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time completion of processes and contract execution.
  • Trigger introductory e-mails at least 60 days in advance of client renewal date
  • Send agreements to clients via Docusign
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for all client renewals within your portfolio
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings as needed
  • Record all client communications to Salesforce
  • Promptly escalate non-responsive or disengaged clients
  • Populate tracking tool with all updates
