Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Associate to lead recruiting efforts in support of government contracting programs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings at least Three years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported federal government contracts and understand clearance requirements, labor categories, and compliance standards.
