By connecting data across your engineering ecosystem, Cortex uses AI to make sense of complex systems, identify what’s holding your teams back, and drive action automatically. From understanding ownership and production readiness to enforcing best practices and measuring AI maturity, Cortex transforms engineering data into meaningful insights and automated workflows. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and execute full-cycle recruiting, driving our rapid growth by attracting top-tier talent for both our Technical and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will be a key strategic partner to our hiring managers, supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup culture and is excited to help scale a world-class engineering and commercial organization. You will report to the Head of People and Talent, and collaborate closely with all functions of the business.
