With over 28,200+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions Attend job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand and source candidates Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and channels
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred)
