As our first in-house recruiter, you’ll shape the systems, processes, and talent strategies that allow us to scale with speed and precision. This is a rare opportunity to own recruiting end-to-end and set the foundation for how Harmonic attracts and evaluates top talent for years to come. This is Harmonic’s first in-house recruiter. You will build our entire recruiting function from the ground up and run full-cycle hiring across all open roles. You will implement our ATS, create our careers page, define hiring processes, build candidate pipelines, and serve as the primary partner to every hiring manager. Your work will have an immediate and visible impact on Harmonic’s ability to scale quickly and effectively.
