As we continue to grow globally, the Human Resources team is looking for a Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the US and EMEA region, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with global business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires experience in international hiring practices, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in the life science and tech industry.
  • Proven success hiring across global markets in all functions (Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Sciences, Analytics, Engineering, G&A, etc.)
  • Strong ATS expertise (Dayforce recruiting and reporting modules), as well as sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of global hiring regulations and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to make decisions based on analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in employer branding or talent operations, specifically in Dayforce is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment for the US and EMEA across various functions and levels, including hard-to-fill and leadership positions.
  • Own the candidate experience from initial outreach, in-depth sourcing and screenings through offer acceptance, providing consistent communication and support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies.
  • Train hiring managers on interview compliance and best practices, competency models, and selection techniques and serve as a trusted partner to global business leaders.
  • Collaborate with the broader Human Resources team to ensure a consistent employer brand and recruitment philosophy.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, conversion rates, DEI metrics, etc.) and ensure recruiting processes comply with regional labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and company policies.
