About The Position

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a high-growth healthcare organization of over 600 employees. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, partnering with leadership, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring experience across clinical and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working within ADP or similar ATS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person methods
  • Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and position control within ATS systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience
  • Analyze hiring trends, pipeline activity, and turnover to support workforce planning
  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions to align with organizational needs
  • Represent TFHC at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable employment laws
  • Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed
