About The Position

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of functions and business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This position supports recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within multi-entity or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven track record engaging and recruiting talent.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong results-oriented recruiter with high attention to details.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational management skills.
  • Strong collaborator with executive leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern recruitment techniques. Advanced ATS knowledge is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
  • Experience recruiting in, sales, marketing, technology, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Drive action-oriented staffing to ensure that the company consistently attracts and secures higher-caliber talent across all business units.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, technical, operational, and corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, create interview plans, and establish selection criteria for new positions.
  • Source candidates with a wide range of skills including sales, marketing and technical positions. Source through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking). Proactively identify passive candidates using online tools, social media, job boards, employee referrals and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work with leadership to forecast personnel needs, develop tactical sourcing strategy, and boosting candidate flow.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrate an ability to anticipate hiring managers preferences, candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate and relevant feedback.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Track, maintain and improve accurate recruiting metrics while ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
  • Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
