In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across a variety of IT disciplines, including IT Service Desk, Infrastructure & Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Project Management Office (PMO) as well as any other positions that surface. We're looking for a solutions-focused Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep sourcing expertise, and is a strategic problem solver. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to support staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and drive recruitment strategies that meet both short-term and long-term business objectives. Your ability to go beyond traditional methods of sourcing and engage with passive candidates will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • College Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, strong preference to technical recruitment experience.
  • Problem Solver: A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex recruitment challenges in fast-changing and dynamic environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the broader IT ecosystem. Familiarity with cloud computing, infrastructure management, data analytics, and project management best practices is preferred.
  • Advanced Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using a variety of sourcing methods and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, and more) to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with candidates.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable using recruitment metrics and data to guide decisions and continuously improve processes.
  • Agile & Results-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Post and maintain job descriptions for open positions ensuring consistency across all divisions of the enterprise.
  • Partner with HR managers and hiring managers to understand the needs, requirements, and expectations of an open requisition.
  • Possess knowledge of and comfort with all aspects of recruiting including applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools integrated with core HR systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and use of social media.
  • Research innovative and most effective recruiting methods to attract talent and create company presence (traditional and non-traditional).
  • Assertively initiate contact with passive candidates for openings while maintaining candidate pipelines by conducting active search processes.
  • Screen potential candidates via phone screens and/or in-person interviews.
  • Effectively assess applicants and their abilities to perform in a role.
  • Posses strong presentation, follow-through, consulting, analytic, negotiation, interpersonal, business acumen and people leadership skills.
  • Creatively source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets.
  • Coordinate candidate interview itineraries, initiate new hire process, conduct background checks as needed.
  • Serve as expert liaison and advocate for the applicant tracking system by utilizing all functionality, creating processes, testing the efficiencies, training on the capabilities and reporting issues or concerns to management.
  • Build networks and talent pools in new and existing markets for desirable skill sets through sourcing and relationship building.
  • Partner with other members of Human Resources to ensure a successful on-boarding experience for new hires including payroll system entry of new hire data.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Communicate frequently with HR managers and hiring managers regarding status/start date of new team members or transfers.
  • Anticipate hiring manager needs and offer proactive service.
  • Manage internal posting and transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer process, etc.
  • Keep thorough records on communication with both applicants and Hiring Managers.
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and local community brand outreach events as needed; some events may require working nights and weekend.
  • Provide support for recruitment projects and analytics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
