Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Proven experience working on US client requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
  • Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
  • Target-oriented and proactive recruitment approach.
  • High commitment levels and strong work ethics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for Virginia-based or East Coast clients.
  • Experience using ATS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates based on technical requirements.
  • Manage W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and databases.
  • Collaborate with account managers to close positions efficiently.
  • Meet daily and weekly submission and closure targets.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance.
