We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will take ownership of how we find and bring in great people as we grow into new locations. This role focuses on building a steady pipeline of strong candidates across roles and helping us make thoughtful, high-quality hires. You will spend your time identifying talent, conducting interviews and assessments, and building relationships that turn into hires over time. You'll also help shape how we show up in the legal community by connecting our attorneys and leaders to the right events, networks, and opportunities. You'll work closely with executive leadership to understand where we're going, what talent we need next, and how to position the firm so the right people want to join. The goal is a consistent, reliable flow of candidates who can help us open and strengthen offices as we expand.
