Our Newest Opportunity: The Senior Production Recruiter plays a pivotal role within the Producer Recruiting team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier sales professionals who drive growth and deepen client engagement across our offerings. This individual brings a strong understanding of sales competencies, a robust network within the insurance industry, and a passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Requirements

  • Proven success sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals
  • Deep understanding of sales competencies, commission structures, and performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Adaptable and responsive to shifting business needs and priorities
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Passion for talent discovery and building diverse, inclusive teams
  • 5+ years of experience in sales recruiting, including 2+ years in insurance industry
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and success profiles
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles—from search strategy through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, with a focus on passive candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates for sales acumen, industry expertise, and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate with external recruiting partners on select searches, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and candidate quality
  • Manage and process candidates from referral sources, maintaining a high-touch experience and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to deliver competitive, compelling offers
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-fill
  • Represent OneDigital at industry events and networking functions
