Senior Recruiter, GTM We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of our North American GTM teams. As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Recruitment;
- Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market;
- Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes;
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool;

- Fintech/Payments experience is greatly appreciated!
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, strategic sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing expert guidance to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long-term talent acquisition strategies for our North American offices;
- Act as a talent advisor, proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Cultivate deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a world-class hiring experience from the first point of contact to post-offer communication;
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform business leaders on talent availability and compensation;
- Champion an inclusive hiring process, coaching hiring teams on best practices to attract, assess, and select a diverse pool of candidates;
- Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.
