About The Position

Our client, a fast-scaling AI startup, is hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter to fully own and scale hiring for their go-to-market teams. This is a true build-and-run role where you’ll partner directly with founders to take the company from ~20 to 70+ employees—without lowering the bar. You won’t just fill roles. You’ll shape the GTM org that helps define a category-leading AI product for IT teams.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring Account Executives and sales roles
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth Series A–E startups and scaling GTM teams from the ground up
  • Proven success hiring for outbound-driven sales organizations
  • Strong network of Sales and Marketing talent, especially in the Silicon Valley ecosystem
  • Highly skilled in sourcing, pipeline development, and offer-close execution
  • Data-driven approach with hands-on experience using recruiting metrics and dashboards
  • High ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in early-stage, no-training-wheels environments

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to technical or complex product sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Partner closely with founders and GTM leaders to define hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles
  • Lead proactive outbound sourcing to build strong, repeatable top-of-funnel pipelines
  • Run full-cycle recruiting from first outreach through close, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Build and refine early-stage recruiting processes, tools, and systems in a fast-moving startup environment
