Role overview We are looking for a strategic, programmatic-minded Senior Recruiter to architect and drive two of our talent engines: our Early Career Program (ECP) and our Global Offshore program. You aren't just filling seats; you are building and maintaining partnerships with Universities and the international infrastructure that helps support the future of our workforce. What you'll do As a Senior Recruiter, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will manage many moving parts—from university partnerships to complex offshore hiring across various time zones and partners. This is a high-visibility role that requires a "programmatic" approach to ensure consistency, quality, and velocity are met while supporting peaks in volume.
