SummaryThe Senior Recruiter will lead and manage the recruiting team while assisting with, and overseeing, multiple functions of the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process. This position supports and directs the recruiting efforts across all branches, including utilizing job boards, job fairs, and local networking. The Manager ensures a positive candidate experience and efficient onboarding process, which includes the coordination of pre-employment tasks, documentation, and new hire orientation

Requirements

  • Minimum High School graduate or GED, bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support the recruiting team to ensure goals, metrics, and quality standards are met
  • Take the lead on managing and optimizing the LinkedIn Recruiter seat, including team training and usage
  • Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts are fulfilled efficiently
  • Post job requisition and process incoming applications through our ATS
  • Schedule and complete phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Update applicant information through the ATS and disposition accordingly
  • Actively recruit through Indeed, LinkedIn, and in person events
  • Run and review completed MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records), background checks, and E-Verify-I9 Employment Verification, and set up drug tests
  • Complete new hire paperwork and coordinate start dates and locations
  • Schedule and onboard new employees in English and Spanish orientations
  • Maintain and file electronic employee records during Onboarding process (Welcome Packets, BRC Policy Procedures, and BRC Safety Training Documents)
  • Create resources to enhance orientations including PowerPoint slides, handouts, workbooks, etc.
  • Full cycle recruitment for BRC Raleigh departments
  • Communicate with new hires at specified intervals during their first 30 days on the job
  • Resolve employee issues through phone conversations and site visits
  • Create and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers through biweekly meetings to assess specific needs
  • Expense reconciliation using Concur
