About The Position

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent to our company by utilizing your skills in recruitment and your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and engage candidates for various positions within our organization. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Innovative Concrete, LLC.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Familiarity with different recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Create engaging job postings and utilize different platforms for sourcing candidates, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct bilingual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit for the company.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Onboard new hires through our EMS (Employee Management System)
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote innovative Concrete, LLC.
