Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and customers
  • Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Local travel required around the Aledo area
  • Driver's license required with clear MVR (motor vehicle record for past 3 years)
  • Clear background check and fingerprinting
  • Clear drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruiting in Aledo, Weatherford, Fort Worth, and other areas as needed
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Post jobs, conduct in-person interviews, hire and onboard new hires
  • Process I-9s, process background checks and perform drug screens
  • Assist with fingerprinting appointments and coordinate access photo badges and drug screens between background check company and customer
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with other administrative tasks including but not limited to processing transfers, promotions and terminations
  • Effectively communicate in Spanish as needed
  • Provide other administrative duties as assigned
