About The Position
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder . Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure. Our flagship project, Autheo , is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration. We're building a world-class QA team to ensure excellence in our blockchain Layer-1/2 solutions, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized infrastructure. As Senior Blockchain Tester , you'll focus on hands-on execution of functional and non-functional tests specific to blockchain technologies, identifying defects, ensuring coverage, and contributing to high-quality deliveries in a collaborative Web3 environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in blockchain technology with hands-on testing of dApps, smart contracts, security, and Web3 fundamentals/tools
- Seasoned background in QA and software testing
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset and passion for quality in decentralized technologies
Nice To Haves
- Certified Blockchain Professional certification
- Knowledge of AI testing tools
- Experience with blockchain-specific testing frameworks and tools
Responsibilities
- Review scope and requirements documentation to identify test coverage and scenarios
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts for both functional and non-functional testing
- Log defects, collaborate with project teams on resolution, and track metrics
- Work with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive regulatory compliance in testing activities
- Perform Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) mapping
- Act as a QA champion within the team
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach to testing
- Test coverage identified and initial test cases/scripts created for priority blockchain components
- Defects logged and tracked with initial metrics reporting
- RTM completed for active scopes
- Active participation in daily testing activities and team collaboration
