About The Position

In an era of market volatility, rising personalization demands, and mounting regulatory pressure, organizations need sharper, more granular risk intelligence to compete and grow. We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented PR and social media leader who wants to shape the conversation — not simply respond to it. This is not a maintenance PR role. It’s an opportunity to build and scale a true visibility and engagement engine. This role will play a critical role in shaping Earnix’s global narrative as we scale and strengthen our category leadership. You will own Earnix’s global earned and shared media strategy — elevating our brand and executive presence while expanding our footprint across the channels that shape industry opinion, from top-tier media to high-impact podcasts and trusted content creators.

Requirements

  • Strategic thought-leadership driven, enterprise B2B thinker
  • 6–8 years in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or enterprise tech PR.
  • You’ve secured real coverage, not just mentions.
  • You understand what drives journalists, creators, and podcast hosts.
  • You’re comfortable challenging executives to sharpen their message.
  • You think in impact metrics, not vanity metrics.
  • You thrive in growth-stage environments where visibility fuels revenue.
  • Experience managing PR analytics and media monitoring platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Muck Rack, Cision).
  • Ability to translate communications performance into executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership Platform Execution
  • Execute and operationalize Earnix’s thought leadership platform as the foundation for media, speaking, and social strategy, ensuring narrative consistency and market differentiation.
  • Translate core themes and research into compelling story angles, media opportunities, and executive content.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across communications touchpoints, from PR to events to digital amplification.
  • Track performance and refine messaging based on audience engagement and market response.
  • Social Media That Builds a community
  • Own a social media channel strategy that promotes brand and executive voices, life across the company, and connects with a variety of external target audiences
  • Create a PR and social engine that amplifies earned media moments to drive engagement, and that engagement generates new earned opportunities.
  • Engage in online conversations to heighten Earnix’s relevance in core industry issues
  • Agency Leadership with Teeth
  • Lead and elevate our US and UK PR agencies, setting bold direction, raising expectations, and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure every retained dollar produces visibility that supports our business objectives.
  • Expand Earnix’s communications footprint into new markets as the company grows.
  • Modern Earned Ecosystem
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities in relevant podcasts that position Earnix executives in front of industry leaders.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, LinkedIn voices, newsletter writers, and sector influencers.
  • Move beyond traditional trade coverage into influence that shapes and builds markets.

  • Partner directly with senior leadership to sharpen POVs and amplify them across media and social.
