About The Position

We're seeking an experienced technology sales leader to join our AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team and help shape the future of healthcare and life sciences in North America. In this role, you'll partner with our most strategic HCLS customers to design transformative programs focused on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and SVPs across Digital, IT, AI, and key business functions—from Clinical Development to Commercial to Manufacturing. Working alongside ProServe sales, delivery teams, and specialist groups like the GenAI Innovation Center, you'll design solutions that achieve meaningful business outcomes for our customers. This role combines leadership and hands-on engagement. You'll guide and coach your team while directly developing large, programmatic deals for selected accounts. Success in this position is measured through revenue, billable bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT). We're seeking leaders who can work backwards from HCLS customer outcomes to design ambitious technology transformation programs. Requirements

  • 7+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
  • Experience in full sales cycle, technology sales, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with cloud technologies and AI, GenAI and agentic-AI solutions and services and transformations
  • 7+ years of technology sales and 3+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
  • Cultivating executive customer relationships, earning trust, credibility and shaping new opportunities
  • Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions that work backwards from customers’ objectives
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and driving executional rigor and accurate forecasting and reporting to optimize operational processes and manage risk
