About The Position

As Senior Advisor for La Personnelle/The Personal group insurance, you actively contribute to complex and strategic projects related to property and casualty insurance. You act as an advisor and provide support to the business development teams at La Personnelle/The Personal, while exercising leadership and influence with various stakeholders in the context of strategic, complex, cross-functional, and highly innovative projects and initiatives. In this regard, you contribute to the development and recommendation of strategic directions and business decisions. The nature of these projects requires extensive and in-depth expertise in your domain. You provide strategic recommendations for the development and execution of projects with high operational and conceptual complexity. These require a comprehensive and thorough analysis and understanding of the business domain and the organization. Such projects involve many alignments and interactions with a wide variety of stakeholders from different areas of expertise. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence are therefore key competencies. In this role, you act as a subject matter expert and consultant and serve as a resource and coach for your colleagues and the management team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, finance or a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in actuarial or financial roles
  • Advanced proficiency of English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
