The Opportunity Brightway Insurance is hiring a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Panama City, FL This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where youll build strong community partnerships, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. Youll assess clients insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth and is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry. This is an on-site position that will require you to report to the office Mon-Friday during the hours of 9am-5pm.

Requirements

Must hold a Florida P&C lnsurance License at the time of application
Must have 1+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience
Must currently reside in or near Panama City, FL
Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with presenting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Responsibilities

Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
