About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in modern technologies and domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that drive innovation, improve performance, and support critical business needs.

Requirements

6 to 10 years of experience as a Java Developer.
Expertise in AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work proactively in a hybrid environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AngularJS is a plus.
Proven success in delivering enterprise-level applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
Experience modernizing applications with Spring Boot and AngularJS.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, AngularJS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across systems.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and share knowledge with team members.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
