Easterseals NH is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to lead and strengthen our growing finance team. This newly created role is critical to supporting program growth and agency needs. The position is responsible for accountant analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation related to Housing and Property Management. It will also support the financial activity of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Easterseals New Hampshire and Vermont elevates people of all abilities, serving approximately 18,000 children, adults, seniors, families, and veterans each year across two states. Their programs cover areas like early intervention, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, adult day and in-home care, behavioral health, family-centered practices for child welfare, housing, and substance use disorders.
