About The Position

Onset Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage enterprise-scale data management projects for the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP). The contractor will oversee vendor and in-house software development teams, coordinate with program area stakeholders, and manage the schedule, budget, and scope to enhance SHARP reporting capabilities. The role requires strong project management expertise, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and project outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years Project Management experience.
• 8+ years managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
• 8+ years managing Agile projects in state or federal government agencies or similar environments.
• PMP certification required (proof may be requested).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be local to Austin.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years experience with project management tools such as Jira or Micro Focus Project Management.
• 3+ years experience creating Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
