About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead and expand our operations in the Nashville market. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical contracting and automotive industry projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive client relationships, particularly with major automotive clients, and a deep understanding of the mechanical and general contracting landscape.

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in project management.
Strong background in mechanical contracting and automotive industry projects.
Proficiency in estimation, program management, and engineering.
Ability to engage and maintain relationships with major automotive clients.
Experience in mechanical or general contracting.

Nice To Haves

Construction Management or similar degree preferred.
Experience with client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong customer-based relationships to support business growth.
Lead project estimation, planning, and execution for mechanical contracting projects.
Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to build and expand the Nashville market presence.
Collaborate with general contractors and mechanical contractors to align project goals.
Identify and engage with local industry players and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Provide technical oversight and guidance on mechanical systems and installations.
Maintain financial oversight of projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
