This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Job Overview Provide services and support as a Loan Programs Office (LPO) Administrative Support (Project Manager - Senior (Key Personnel)) in the Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas/Power, And Utilities) Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as United States Department of Energy (DOE | LPO) | DOE Loan Programs Office Located In CONUS - Washington, DC Metro Area or Telework (Remote) As Authorized and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

  • Typically oversees all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
  • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
  • Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.
  • This Key position is referred to as the Deputy LPO Program Manager in the Performance Work Statement.
  • Skill Level for this position shall be provided at Senior or above.
  • Typically oversees all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is generally required.
  • Advanced degree such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Economics is often preferred or required, especially for senior roles.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee and manage energy infrastructure finance projects effectively.
  • Advanced financial analysis skills to evaluate project feasibility, assess risks, and develop financing structures.
  • Strong leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders such as clients, investors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financial concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in identifying challenges, developing solutions, and making strategic decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Experience in building and analyzing financial models to assess project economics and financial viability.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure financing agreements, contracts, and other project-related agreements.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to energy infrastructure finance projects.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

  • You must be a United States Citizen
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
  • Additional certifications or qualifications in project management, finance, or energy infrastructure finance may be beneficial.
  • For example, certifications like Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) could be advantageous.
