What you will be doing: Lead medium‑ to large‑scale projects across multiple departments, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Drive day‑to‑day project execution, including task management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees and working groups. Translate business objectives into clear project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure project outcomes support organizational strategy and operational priorities. Identify dependencies, constraints, and opportunities to increase efficiency or accelerate delivery. Serve as the primary point of communication for project stakeholders, including executives, cross‑functional partners, and external vendors. Present project updates, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leaders. Facilitate decision‑making by identifying issues, presenting solutions, and securing alignment across teams. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain documentation of risks, decisions, and change requests. Cultivate strong collaboration and alignment across business, operations, and technical teams. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to junior project managers or coordinators as needed. Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, templates, and governance practices. Promote best practices, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. Perform other duties, as assigned. What you have: Education, Experience, and Licensing: Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or related field. 7+ years of project management experience, including leading complex, cross‑functional projects. PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, or comparable certification. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and/or operational excellence required. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries strongly preferred. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Exceptional organizational, analytic, and communication skills. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and control environments. Proven ability to utilize metrics, dashboards, and performance data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve project execution. Proficient with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Asana). Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and contingency planning. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Ability to maintain focus and effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance operations, claims, underwriting, or regulatory processes. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel. Desire to live Slide's Core Values. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading complex, cross‑functional projects.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, or comparable certification.
