These integrated solutions drive mission success, close the Kill Chain, and ensure operational superiority. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our growing team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is remote within the United States and offers flexibility in work location. However, the role requires up to 25% travel, which may include site visits, client meetings, team offsites, or industry events. Travel will be scheduled as needed based on project demands and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)
  • At least 10 years of experience in project/program management or 10 years’ experience in military operations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Costpoint)
  • Experience with government, military, or government contractor projects and programs
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and writing skills
  • Background or strong understanding of Electronic Warfare and its use within the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • A valid U.S. passport is required for all official travel outside the continental United States (OCONUS)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10 years’ experience in tactical aviation
  • PMP Certification or similar project management certification
  • Experience in DoD test and evaluation
  • Understanding of the DoD acquisition system, including appropriate certifications
  • Experience developing and implementing training curricula and modifying exercise scenarios
  • Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and processes

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
  • Supporting business development, bid, and proposal efforts
  • Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards
  • Exploring and integrating new warfighting technologies and strategies to enhance project outcomes
  • Applying warfighting experience to evaluate capability gaps and propose innovative solutions
