About The Position

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Leadership Team, Construction Managers, Project Executive Sponsors, Superintendents, and all the entire Operations team for each project assigned. Is the main point person for the projects and ensures all communication between team members. Fully accountable for the outcomes of each assigned project. Will facilitate the owner's needs, the design team's intent, the subcontractor/vendor needs, and assist the field team with their needs to complete the project timely while within budget. This individual is expected to have the skill set, attributes, and experience to manage multiple projects in different sectors and phases at the same time. May be required to manage multiple projects in execution and/or in proposal. Must have the ability to manage teams, evaluate, and create opportunities for efficiency and synergy amongst the groups, typically in a larger project environment. This is a full-time position that will report to an office.
