The Senior Project Manager will have at least 7+ years of program and project management experience, demonstrating an ability to think both tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. This role requires proven capabilities in successfully leading enterprise-wide programs and projects, including experience as a Scrum Master with successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of business acumen and technical competency, capable of balancing and bridging technology and business needs. Key responsibilities include managing core functions such as business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and ensuring critical milestones and deliverables are met within time and scope. The position involves significant collaboration across the technology organization, providing sound business analysis, process, and change leadership within an Agile PDLC framework. The manager will develop and revise processes and guidelines, provide thought leadership, build program and project status reports, ensure transparency to Senior Management regarding portfolio issues and risks, and conduct project/program audits. Maintaining and growing a body of knowledge accessible to all team members is also crucial. Effective and proactive communication with management on optimizing business operations, resources, and fixed capacity is expected. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet all deadlines.
