Looking for a Sr. Project Manager to be part of the management team on a $200MM data center project located in Manassas, Virginia. 5+ years of mechanical project management experience. Data center experience preferred but not required. Start: Immediately

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mechanical project management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Data center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and manage project managers and assistant project managers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the general contractor and owners representatives.
  • Procure material and equipment as required.
  • Manage project costs and the estimated budget.
  • Manage project schedule to insure meeting project milestones and completion date requirements.
  • Manage RFI process.
  • Manage submittal process and log. Including reviewing submittals and confirming compliance with the project requirements.
  • Estimate and create change order proposals.
  • Manage and participate in the BIM/coordination process.
  • Maintain professional communications with coworkers and clients.
  • Coordinate and lead staff from all departments as needed throughout the entirety of the project.
  • Prepare budget projections and control costs.
  • Meet established revenue and profit goals.
  • Attend client project meetings.
  • Will be required to be on job sites during construction activities and during critical project times.
  • Provide problem solving skills as required throughout the project.
